Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone

-Conduct market research to identify new revenue opportunites
- Travel to facilities to obtain new partners and build relationships

- Some appointment setting with facilities or potentional new partners
- Some advertising and marketing campaigning
- Some follow up calls with potential new partners
- Handle some customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Work closely with the Operations Officer to achieve new partner goals
- Provide additional support to the office as needed

Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Some previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred
- Strong phone, email etiquette, and in person customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Have a valid driver license and able to travel to different locations
- Some ability to establish new partners and contracts
- Flexible to travel and come in the office as needed
