Join ateam and help build out their brokerage offering. Experience inconstruction habitational products professions or real estate is aplus.

What you’lldo

• Drive sales andnew carrier appointments to grow the companies footprint
• Complete licensedrelated activityas part of each surplus lines transaction
• Interact with Carriers and Agents across thequotebindissue portion of the policy lifecycle
• Support renewal operations
• Partnerwith our Product Engineering and Operations teams to buildsolutions to streamline efforts across the full policy lifecycle inthe surplus lines space

What you’llneed

• 2 years offulltime experience in a similar role producing at awholesaler
• Both Texas general and surpluslines licenses
• Strong sales / producerabilities
• Ability to handle highvolume dealsgenerating quotes and servicing policies quickly
• Excellent communication skills : both inperson andwritten
• Organized and detailoriented
• Ability to prioritize and managemultiple projects simultaneously
• Analyticaland problem solving skills
• A natural desire tosee things through and a history of being scrappy when itcounts
• A valid driver's license andwillingness to travel occasionally
