Full-time position (1.0 FTE); 8.0 hours per day; 12 months per year

• Collaborates and co-plans with the BOCES, component district staff, and consultants to develop a robust professional learning service in response to regional instructional priority areas (i.e., DEI, prioritized curriculum)
• Evaluates the efficacy of professional learning services provided by the Instructional Support Services team and provides growth producing feedback
• Assists with the creation and implementation of a vision for innovative learning solutions, including instructional technology and brain-based education
• Supervises and evaluates instructional and non-instructional staff
• Manages COSERs deeply aligned with job responsibilitieS
• Integrates Social Emotional Learning and Culturally Responsive-Sustaining principles into all facets of work
• Analyzes, disseminates, and applies pertinent SED guidance and updates
• Assists districts with data-informed decision making
• Attends Regional Instructional Leaders and NYSED/SCDN meetings, as needed or appropriate, which requires travel across the GST region and to Albany, NY on occasion
• Performs other duties as assigned
