An exciting opportunity to join the team of a progressive YMCA located in vibrant Somerset County, New Jersey. The YMCA is one of the nation's leading nonprofit organizations dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Leads a variety of fitness classes in strength and cardiovascular routines
  • Builds relationships with members and staff to retain participants
  • Delivers positive customer service, motivation, and support
  • Creates a positive and inclusive environment for all
  • Maintains quality of the fitness rooms and reports any equipment issue

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have group exercise certification
  • Experience preferred, but will train
  • Must be punctual and have excellent communication skills
