Your Role: As an Employment Services Specialist (ESS) primarily focusing on job development, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with exciting employment prospects. From identifying job opportunities to providing career coaching, your efforts will directly impact individuals' lives and help them achieve economic self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized employment plans and conduct training workshops.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with employers to negotiate equitable wage offerings.
  • Conduct mock interviews and provide ongoing support for successful job placements.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to expand job placement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to track progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Administration, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in online job applications, resume writing, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to provide guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness in communication, organizational abilities, advocacy, and engagement.
  • Must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status or applicable medical or religious exemption.
