West Rutland School is looking for an anticipated Kindergarten teacher to join our Pre-K to Grade 12 team beginning in the 2024-2025 school year. The candidate must be able to differentiate their lessons for a variety of learners, have an understanding of the MTSS process, FastBridge, Fundations and/or UFLI, experience with progress monitoring, work within the PLC community and use a variety of technology. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing lesson and unit plans; delivering group and individual student instruction within established curriculum guidelines; collaborating with other teachers; professional staff, and administrators in addressing instructional and/or classroom issues.
