Plan and implement dynamic curricula to ensure fun, child-centered, and age-appropriate lessons are offered. Provide effective and timely communication of each child’s progress to families. Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children.Supervise each child in your care by being able to identify, SEE, HEAR, DIRECT and ASSIST, always ensuring a safe environment.Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for overall commitment to quality in childcare.
