Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and ensuring their overall well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities: - Provide direct care and support to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities - Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing - Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals - Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and restrictions - Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques - Monitor and report changes in client's physical or mental condition - Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship - Implement behavior management strategies for clients with dementia or challenging behaviors - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Experience: - Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or senior care preferred - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality - Ability to lift and move clients with proper body mechanics - Knowledge of meal preparation techniques for special diets - Experience in providing direct support to individuals with dementia or behavioral challenges We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
