The Client Care Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and maintain scheduling for Greater Home Health Services clients and staff.

MUST HAVE NC CNA LICENSE

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling staff caregivers to client cases.
• Management of caregiver time sheets – comparing with known schedules and shifts.
• Support for caregiver recruitment.
• Ensuring all required documentation is received upon new hire and updated at annual renewal.
• Maintains staff and client database (e.g. employee assessments, dates and reminders of TB, client admission, client hospital admission and discharge).
• Performs general office duties including but not limited to word processing, photocopies, files, shreds, sort/distributes mail, provides reception and telephone services.
• Proctor/ Responsibility
• Set up the exams for the candidates.
• Supervise the exam room to ensure rules are followed at all times and ensure the environment is suitable for test taking.
• Verifies a student's identity by checking a photo ID and will ensure academic integrity guidelines during exams are followed.
• Indicates the start time of the test and verifies that each student has understood and accepted the instructions.
