Greater Good Health is Hiring a Clinic Administrator Near Billings, MT
- Lead the day-to-day operation and coordination of patient care services
- Drive clinic performance and success by monitoring and improving quality, experience, financial, and growth measures.
- Manage and develop clinic team members
- Identify opportunities to enhance care quality, safety, effectiveness, and efficiency.
- Serve as the “face” of GGH at the clinic and strengthen the company’s brand in the community.
- Lead with a focus on execution and prioritization, operating as an “essentialist”
- Possess strong communication skills when interacting with peers, direct reports and leaders
- Data- Driven mindset with experience in tracking and reporting key metrics tied to strategic objectives.
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Hustle and grit. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Readily able to flex into other areas and tasks to get the job done

- Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent experience (Required)
- Valid Montana Driver’s License (Required)
- 5 years of health care experience, particularly in care delivery and provider organizations (Required)
- 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience leading multifunctional teams (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education (Preferred)
- Experience with payers/plans, especially in value-based arrangements (Preferred)
- Operations experience and a track record of success in leading teams and meeting key performance metrics (Preferred)
