Your Goal:
The Behavioral Health Coordinator monitors and provides daily oversight of the Behavioral Health Program through coordination and case management activities. The Behavioral Health Coordinator is responsible for the growth, productivity and effectiveness of the behavioral health program and works closely with the Community Outreach Liaison to promote the behavioral health program within the community.

Please note that this position will provide care at 2 locations: 30 hours at 373 Summit St. Elgin, IL and 10 hours at our 3901 Mercy Dr. McHenry, IL location.
Full-time salary range for this role is $75,000-$86,800 and potentially higher based on education/experience.
