Position: Summer School Instructor at Warren County Career Center
Summer School Dates: May 28 through June 28, 2024
Location: Warren County Career Center – Main Campus
General Description:
The Summer School Instructor will instruct/facilitate an online summer school program. The Summer School Instructor will work with students who are in need of recovering credits from prior taken courses they did not pass. The Summer School Instructor may need to provide targeted instruction to help close learning gaps in order to prepare students for the upcoming school year.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or subject matter field preferred
• Valid Ohio Department of Education Licensure for grades 7-12 or 9-12 in any subject
• Prior teaching experience
• Patient, flexible, positive, consistent, dependable, and cooperative with a sense of humor
• Ability to take supervision and correction constructively
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and technology skills
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License
• Must pass criminal background check
