Greater Boston Motorsports is looking for an experienced Service Writer/ Advisor to join our team. The right person must be experienced in service department operations and have great customer service and problem solving skills.

Full-Time position, 5-day work week, currently Tuesday through Saturday

Job Duties:

• Scheduling service appointments
• Assigning Jobs to Service Technicians
• Diagnosing Problems and Service Needs
• Interact with sales and parts departments

• Verbal and written communication with customers

REQUIREMENTS:

Dealership and Dealer Management Systems experience required

Must be a Team Player

Ability to work retail hours and weekends.

BMW motorcycle experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $1,100.00 per week
