Automotive Center Manager / Sales Manager
AAMCO Total Car Care Center, a national brand since 1963, is looking for an Automotive Center Manager/Sales Manager to join our organization for our South Austin location. This exciting position within the booming automotive industry will challenge your sales abilities and deliver substantial financial rewards. Qualified candidates will have sales and interpersonal skills that are second to none. Proven track record in high end automotive repair sales in a one time close industry.

Are you a sales closer able to overcome customer objections to make the sale? You must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to work in a team environment. This is a high production retail sales and management position responsible for the entire operation of one of our franchised outlets.

We're looking for a talented sales professional, who seeks personal and career growth, for a high profile position responsible for sales, management and customer service at our independently owned and operated center. Candidates must have exceptional phone skills, outstanding one time closing sales skills, possess strong customer handling skills, ability to lead, manage and motivate fellow associates, and be a self-starter.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

- 3 years of successful sales experience

- Automotive repair sales knowledge/service writing a plus

- No transmission sales experience required

- Excellent one time sales closing skills a must

- Proven customer service and communication skills

- Sales professional who is money motivated and enjoys earning high commissions

- Ability to lead, manage and motivate production staff

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
