Minimum Training, Education and/or Experience:

• Previous manufacturing/shop experience preferred
• High school diploma preferred
• Should understand the manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions
• Ability to work well with others

Primary Responsibilities

• Assemble parts repetitively using sewing equipment.
• Work with other operators on an assembly line or independently 
• Follow work instructions and procedures
• Report problems with quality, processes or equipment to Inspector or Supervisor 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Required to set up and maintain sewing equipment, i.e. sewing machines
• Required to cut or sew using technical equipment.
• Responsible for meeting production and scrap requirements set by the company
• Additional duties as assigned

Other Requirements:

• Ability to use hands
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time 
• May require some lifting
• Must have transportation to and from work
• Must comply with Great Lakes Trim’s attendance policy
