Position Summary: The role of Driver / Tent Installer at Great Lakes Tent Co. is multifaceted, encompassing safe driving practices, equipment knowledge, and teamwork. Operating a company truck, typically a 26' Box truck, you will transport equipment to various locations while prioritizing safety on the road. Additionally, you will gain proficiency in setting up tents and other event structures, becoming adept at our processes and procedures.

Physical Demands:

*Must be able to perform the functions of this position in a non-climate controlled environment.

*Must be able to lift up to 70LB

*Must have sufficient clarity of speech and hearing

*Must have adequate vision with or with out corrective lenses

*Must have a full range of motion and dexterity.

*Must maintain a professional personal appearance.

Responsibility's:

*Comply with company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.
*Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the time required.
*Maintain a professional manner
*Continue working on learning the event rental industry
*Check trucks prior to leaving Wearhouse for proper equipment and loading.
*Communicate with client about the order
*Perform Truck inspection before leaving on route.
*Clean up job sit after delivery and pickup
*Count all inventory on delivery and pickup
*Complete paperwork if needed.
*Learn installation for Frame Tents and Pole Tents, along with accessories such as lighting, Dancefloors etc.
*Demonstrate safe driving practices.
*Perform and other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $720.00 - $840.00 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
