Apartment Cleaning Job Details:

• Hours – Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30pm OR 8am to 4:30pm
• Pay Range – Starting from $17.50 / hour
• Location – 9325 Garland Ln N, Maple Grove, MN 55311 - Arbor Glen Apartments, Multi-family Property

Apartment Cleaning Job Objective(s):

To keep assigned inside and outside common areas and available units of the property clean, orderly, and pleasant. Provide an environmentally safe and clean setting for the residents and guests of the property.

Apartment Cleaning Responsibilities:

• Tour property daily to assess and clean all areas to the standard cleanliness
• Clean vacated apartments/townhomes in preparation for new resident move-in
• Report any shortages, damages, or security issues
• Assist with grounds work (i.e., sweep sidewalks, water plants, snow removal, etc.)
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Assist Property Management/Leasing office as requested
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Apartment Cleaning Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in cleaning, apartment turns
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Customer Service oriented

Please note: The Apartment Cleaningposition is required to participate in an on-call rotation every three (3) weeks. Preferred if applicant lives on site, but not required. Rent concession provided to live on site.
