Great Lakes Landscape Design has an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Operations Manager to join our team! Reporting to our General Manager, our Landscape Operations Manager will help us to maintain smooth operations within our rapidly growing company. Our Landscape Operations Manager will be a key leadership team member and help us drive strategic decisions for our organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

• A base compensation of $75,000 to $85,000 depending on experience

Qualifications for our Landscape Operations Manager:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a Landscape Operations Manager role.
• Must have experience with landscape industry software such as LMN or similar and be comfortable with technology.
• Has experience in people leadership including coaching and developing a team.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Possesses the ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, climb, and kneel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
