General Responsibility

Gel coat is the beginning phase of any quality laminate and is used to form a thick, protective layer over a fiberglass surface providing a quality, shiny, smooth finish over fiberglass parts. This role is responsible for using a spray gun to apply gel coat smoothly and evenly over raw molds with consistent gun movement, while overlapping each pass lightly and not hesitating on the ends. People who do well in this department are those who are good working alone in a fast-paced environment and managing their own workstation. Willing to train the right candidate.
