Responsibilities:
- Serve legal documents to individuals or businesses as directed by the court
- Ensure proper delivery and documentation of served documents
- Maintain accurate records of all served documents
- Adhere to legal and ethical guidelines while performing duties
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to navigate and locate addresses using GPS or maps
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding process serving is a plus
Please note that this position may require flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on the needs of the court system.
