We are looking for quality maintenance candidates for a small and large business in Las Vegas We are excited to hire multiple Maintenance Technicians!
Our ideal candidates should have experience in all types of residential maintenance such as plumbing, repairing/replacing garbage disposal, setting toilets or sinks, hot water service, and electrical troubleshooting, etc. To be successful in this role, you will be organized and prepared for many different maintenance scenarios and possess a pleasant attitude as you will be communicating with customers.

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance in tenants' units.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs in required areas. (HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, appliances, etc.)
•Observing mechanical devices in operation and determining causes of trouble.
•Repairing machines such as garbage disposals, leaky faucets/toilets, dishwashers, and microwaves.
•Diagnose and repair mechanical issues.
•Lubricating and cleaning machine parts.
•Installing special functional and structural parts in devices.
•Report all repairs, issues, completed work to manager.
•Dismantling devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
•Perform any other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1 yrs. proven Maintenance or related residential maintenance experience. (Plumbing, light HVAC, Electrical[lights], some carpentry [painting, minor repairs], no roofing at all.)
- Must Be bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong Customer Service skills required.
- Must have a team player attitude.
- Monday-Friday
