For this PART-TIME position, we have bread to bake and goodies to make. We are in need of a quality and capable person who fits our culture. We are looking to hire this critical position within 2 weeks.

Responsible for making and baking Great Harvest phenomenal GOODIES - Bakery experience not necessary. Must be teachable and capable to learn new trade and work hard with a timeline in mind. You enjoy learning new things and are highly motivated to get things done accurately to keep the rest of the team doing what they do best.

We make breads, goodies, and sandwiches from scratch while taking care of our retail, catering, farmers market, and wholesale customers with precision and care. All this while building on a “Be Loose and Have Fun” environment with upbeat music and healthy interactions with other team members and engagement with customers.

Nature of the role:

This is a 3 days per week job - each day 4-10 or 4-noon. The primary responsibility is three-fold:

• Making GH Goodies- 4:00AM-7:00AM - Putting together the formula for water temperature for the bread dough, reading and following recipes, milling flour, and doing dishes.
• Kneading & Shaping Breads – approx. 7:15-10:00 - Joining 2 to 3 others in cutting, shaping, and panning breads.
• Goodies Prep and Cleaning - 10:00-12:00

Key elements of this role:

• Work along the Great Harvest production team to make phenomenal products
• Cut, ice, and package as necessary all items in preparation for opening the store
• Post-production work
