JOB SUMMARY
The role of Installer is responsible for completing floor covering installation, maintenance, and repair, at the journeyman level. Responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and applying various covering materials to floors, walls, and cabinets. Types of materials include shock-absorbing, sound-deadening, and decorative coverings. Upon completion, work is inspected for compliance and competency. The selected candidate will be independently responsible for routine repairs on site, as needed. Overtime may be required for high priority work or emergencies.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
