Customer Experience Coordinator
As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will work with the company’s social media team and other internal stakeholders including the operations teams to foster a positive customer experience for our organization. Not only will you ensure that any problems a customer may encounter, and post online are properly resolved and responded to, but also actively engage and nurture our customers through various social media channels.
