Home Performance Alliance (HPA) has over 10 years’ experience serving the Florida market. We have over 250 dedicated professionals whose only mission is to provide superior products and best-in-class customer service for each one of our homeowners.

We accomplish this mission by having a superior hurricane-impact window product line made exclusively for our customers, Durashield, and a dedicated team of customer service agents located right here in Florida.

We also offer hurricane impact doors, bathroom remodeling / additions, and roofing. All our products are made in the USA and engineered specifically for Florida homeowners.

Hourly Pay Uncapped Commissions Sign-On Bonus

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 11 : 00am-7 : 00pm & Rotating Saturdays 10 : 00am-3 : 00pm (overtime pay)

You will conduct brief presentations, and possibly present them with brochures to initiate discussions about the products you are promoting.

You are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and a warm, approachable attitude at all times. Success in this role will be determined by driving public engagement and increasing the number of Demonstrations for our Sales Consultants to sell.

This is a Leads Generator / Appointment Setting, not selling position.

Gain valuable Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Business experience & Industry Knowledge. Paid to light exercise several hours a day with a consistent work schedule and weekly pay checks

Responsibilities

• Generate pre-qualified leads by serving as a trusted company advisor driving brand awareness and knowledge to the homeowner through door-to-door marketing
• Speak with potential customers to determine the best time for a free Home Hurricane / Safety Inspection & Energy Audit - No Cost or Obligation to the Homeowner
• Establish and develop positive business and customer relationships
• 12 : 00am-8 : 00pm Monday-Friday & Rotating Saturdays (overtime) 10 : 00a-3 : 00pm
