Champion Windows - Social Media and Email Marketing Manager

Champion Windows, a subsidiary of the #5 largest home improvement company - Great Day Improvements and an industry leader for 70 years, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our high performing team as the Social Media and Email Marketing Manager.

You will be joining a highly enabled marketing team that drives the lead generation activities supporting 50 locations across the country. You will play a pivotal role pushing our capabilities forward and working within the team to create a world-class lead generation organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop lead generation strategies, multi-million-dollar budgets and campaigns for social media and email marketing efforts supporting 50 locations
• Manage the execution of content that supports the company's goals of lead generation, customer education, and retention, from ideation to draft to design to publication that is optimized for clicks and engagement.
• Own social media content calendar including writing optimized copy, assisting with creative direction, and scheduling.
• Provide accurate reporting on platform performance. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of content to make data-driven recommendations and decisions that optimize performance and maximize results.
• An understanding of the nuances of different social media platforms, including what content is effective for generating engagement and leads on one platform as compared to another.
• Meet or exceed KPIs, benchmarks, and targets for all initiatives and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bechelors degree in Marketing, Creative Production or related field
• 5 years of experience in related field
• Great attention to detail and strong project management skills
• The ability to successfully work as part of a team and autonomously
• High energy with the ability to independently prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Successful Candidates will possess

• Understanding of lead generation techniques, technologies and KPI’s relative to social media and email marketing
• Ability to conceptualize, write and produce creative content in conjunction with internal and external creative resources
• Excellent understanding of social media KPIs as they relate to engagement, CTR, and CPMs.
• Expertise in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Advanced knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to create analysis and reports in order to monitor and determine course of action for future efforts
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, ClickDimentions, Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms
• Experience in the home services or home improvement industry is a plus
