YHIC - Canvasser / Jr. Sales Representative

Your Home Improvement Company is looking for a Field Marketer (Canvasser) / Jr. Sales Rep in the Spokane area!

We are looking for driven, outgoing Canvassers to help homeowners looking to upgrade their home through replacement windows and bathroom remodeling.

With this door to door position in residential areas, you will not be required to sell anything; you simply need to schedule appointments for our sales team to demonstrate our products in people's homes.

A great compensation package - estimated Pay Range: $80,000 to $130,000 per year (unlimited comp potential)

As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing:

• Memorize and recite Canvassing script and statements prepared for and provided by Your Home Improvement Company
• Go door-to-door to introduce Your Home Improvement Companys offers to potential and existing customers
• Get information, such as contact details and signatures, from homeowners
• Confidently answer questions and respond to rebuttals from homeowners to drive as many leads as possible
• Transport self to assigned territory and work independently while representing Your Home Improvement Company with the utmost degree of courtesy and professionalism
• Recruit, train, onboard and mentor new Canvassers as necessary

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid drivers license in addition to a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to navigate canvassing territory
• Previous canvassing experience a plus, but not required
• Age 18
