K-Designers, a successful privately held home remodeling company has been in business for over 42 years and maintains it’s Corporate Office in Gold River, CA. A central reason for our long lasting success has been our team of happy and motivated professional personnel.

We now have an opening in our Corporate Office for a personable, enthusiastic Finance Administrator who is detail oriented, skilled and professional. As a Finance Administrator at K-Designers, you are a key member of our corporate team. You will work closely with management, the local sales force offices, and other corporate departments as well as interact with our customers all in a fast paced and professional environment.

Pay Rate: $20.75

Responsibilities

· Review contracts and finance documents for accuracy and completion

· Maintain a detailed and accurate log of bank funding

· Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) managing calendars, processing paperwork and answering phones.

· Coordinate across 7 sales offices by being a liaison corporate finance office, sales, and production/installation.

· Assist with creating and updating daily reports

Qualifications

· Strong knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel & Outlook) filing systems and general office procedures

· Verbal, phone, written communication and typing skills

· Well-developed interpersonal skills and knowledge of customer service principles

· Accuracy and attention to details
