We also offer full-time positions 35-40 hours/week for those that would like full benefits.

**Our 8 salon locations include: Crystal, Edina (Yorkdale), Minnetonka/Plymouth (Westridge), Roseville (Lexington Plaza), Richfield (CedarPoint), Stillwater and White Bear Lake**

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist or Barber to join our team! At Newport Clippers dba Great Clips, you will provide clients with professional services including a wide-range of haircuts and styles. Your passion, expertise and creativity will help our clients boost their confidence and feel great!

Duties:

- Perform haircuts & styling to men, women and children

- Stay up-to-date with the latest training and trends in cosmetology and beauty industry

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- Valid cosmetology or barber license

- Proficiency or willingness to learn basic salon management systems

- Experience in cutting and hair styling techniques for different hair types and textures

- Knowledge and confidence with recommending our provided brands of products to clients

- Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide appropriate recommendations
