Duties:
- Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients
- Provide consultations to understand clients' preferences and desired hairstyles
- Use salon software maintain client records
- Demonstrate knowledge of retail math to accurately process payments and handle cash transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote and sell salon products
- Mentor junior barbers or apprentices, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Qualifications:
- Valid barber/Cosmetologist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Proven experience as a Barber/Cosmetologist
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Knowledge of current trends in men's and women's grooming and hairstyling
- Ability to perform various hair cutting techniques, including fades, scissor cuts, and beard trims
