Here's what we're looking for:

• A Licensed Cosmetology Professional/ Hair Stylist (current and active)
• Commitment to work days, evenings, and weekends based on customer need; excellent reliability and attendance record
• Be able to work during blackout periods and busy times in the salon
• Have a sense of urgency in servicing salon clients to promote low wait times
• Commitment to follow our exclusive 5-step process and great salon customer service
• Ability to cut hair for an extended period and provide quality cuts in a fast paced environment
• Listen and understand what clients want and need
• Be a positive team player in our salons
• Experienced hair stylist looking for your next career move OR
• Recent cosmetology graduate with an active and current salon cosmetology license
