Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires experience in landscape maintenance and the ability to operate both power and hand tools. Responsibilities: - Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration - Clean and maintain outdoor walkways, parking lots, and common areas - Operate power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers - Utilize hand tools for tasks such as pruning and raking - Monitor and report any issues or damage to equipment or property - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient groundskeeping operations Experience: - Proven experience in groundskeeping or a related field - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices - Familiarity with operating power tools for landscaping purposes - Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized outdoor environment - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions We offer competitive pay based on experience.
