Key Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor Solicitation and Management: Lead the process of soliciting subcontractors, ensuring compliance with various award types, and managing the full lifecycle of subcontract relationships.
• Proposal Analysis and Risk Assessment: Take charge in fact-finding missions, analyze proposals critically, and assess potential risks with support from experienced peers.
• Contractual Compliance: Oversee the issuance of modifications, prepare correspondence, and issue Stop Work Orders while ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
• Performance Monitoring: Act as the focal point for assessing subcontractor performance, including tracking deliverables and reviewing payments.
• Strategic Interface: Collaborate closely with Program Management, Finance, and Contracts teams to align strategic objectives with subcontractor performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience or High School diploma/equivalent with 5 years of experience in subcontracts management or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in creating, negotiating, and awarding fixed price and cost type subcontracts.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and apply new tools, processes, and procedures.
• Eligibility to attain Security Clearance as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.
• Openness to a hybrid work arrangement based in Cambridge, Massachusetts or Reston, Virginia.
