We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics sales
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Proficient in conducting product demos to showcase features
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Knowledge of technology sales trends and products
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
