The Specialty Equipment Services Division is looking for a Marketing Services Director who will work out of the downtown Cincinnati office. For more than 40 years, Specialty Equipment has been serving businesses in the commercial equipment industry throughout the United States and Canada. These businesses rely on us to not only reduce risk but also drive profitability and help meet the needs of their customers.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication with internal and external partners. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who has experience with content creation, strategic plan development, market research, and analytics management.
Job title and grade will depend upon successful applicant's level of experience.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication, and administration of the organization's marketing strategies and programs, including fulfillment and training. Ensures that programs are cohesive and support the organization's strategic objectives.
• Maintain divisional brand strategy adjusting and realigning with divisional executive management as needed.
• Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of marketing programs and content across multiple media including video, social media, email, web, and print.
• Ensures programs attain maximum audience engagement and promote a positive corporate image.
• Oversees internal controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work.
• Ensures that effective business relationships with internal and/or external customers/coworkers are developed and maintained.
• Responsible for overseeing methods to improve processes, procedures, customer service, and satisfaction.
• Establish and report on measures of success.
• Leverages expert knowledge of local, trade, and industry trends and best practices. Consults with executive leadership on methods to maintain an effective corporate identity and market brand.
• Serves as a primary authority with various service providers. Identifies, researches, recommends, and negotiates services with service providers.
• Responsible for ensuring the department or functional area meets policies and procedures.
• Responsible for identifying and recommending potential business development opportunities.
• Responsible for performance and coaching of staff and decisions regarding talent selection, development, and performance management. Plans and ensures that the team meets budget and performance targets.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of regulatory guidelines and agencies pertaining to Communications, advertising and marketing materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: 10 or more years of related experience, including 4 or more years of leadership experience.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• Demonstrates strong written, verbal, and effective listening skills.
• Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.
