Bookkeeping Assistant needed at Locally Owned Community Bank:

As a Bookkeeping Assistant, Great American Bank will provide you with a concise set of job responsibilities and allow you to execute your job duties based on set procedures in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a conscientious team member whose attention to detail will allow you to implement our operating processes and achieve maximum productivity alongside our focused and efficient bookkeeping professionals.

Major Tasks and Key Responsibilities include:

• Originate and verify ACH transactions
• Balance bank records
• Input and verify wire transfers
• Daily account processing and returns
• Produce records upon inquiry
• Assist customers with research requests
• Backup fraud department as needed

Schedule is 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Work must be performed 100% on site at Lawrence office located at 1400 Kasold Drive.
