**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to attorneys and enhance office effectiveness.

**Duties:**

- Answer phone lines and record messages

- Review and organize legal documents

- Assist in legal drafting and correspondence

- Electronically file documents with the court system

- Maintain professionalism in all phone interactions

**Experience:**

- Prior experience in a legal setting is preferred

- Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with document management systems

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
