- Welcome and engage customers in a professional manner throughout their experience
- Review Service Order Ticket with customers at check-out and encourage their feedback
- Assist with employee hiring and performance evaluations
- Provide training to new employees and routine employee training sessions
- Schedule employees for effective center coverage
- Assist with payroll and maintain employee files
- Monitor maintenance, safety, and inventory reports
