Job Description

• Responsible for managing daily construction activities of each assigned project to assure project completion in a safe, profitable, and quality manner
• Ensure project rules, procedures, and programs are followed consistently, including those involving safety, attendance, and workplace behavior standards as reflected in the Company’s non-harassment and non-discrimination policies
• Resolve employee conflicts and scheduling difficulties, informing project and corporate management as appropriate

Basic Job Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the industrial construction market
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Tank Supervisor
• 5 years of experience in Tank and Vessel
• Ability to lead multiple crews of up to 50 people
• Experience coordinating subcontractor activities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be computer literate and able to utilize Microsoft Office applications
