Full Job Description
The Graystone Lodge is the newest hotel in the High Country featuring an upscale boutique hotel experience. We are looking for kind, energetic and passionate hospitality professionals to join our team. At the Graystone Lodge we are all about cultivating an amazing guest experience by offering the highest level of amenities and service.
At the Graystone Lodge we have created a one of a kind complimentary breakfast experience. We are currently looking to fill a leadership position as we are working to develope food and beverage options in the evenings. This position will supervise both AM and PM food and beverage at the hotel. A good knowledge of menu creation, food handling and service are a must as well as some experience serving Alcohol. You must have a natural ability to serve others first. Ensuring that we are offering the very best breakfast program in any hotel is our priority. It is important for the Food and Beverage Supervisor to possess complete knowledge of all features and amenities of the property in order to answer any question the guest might ask concerning hotel products, services and amenities. Must be knowledgeable about area restaurants, attractions, major businesses and other information about the surrounding area which may be of particular interest to the guest. Appearance must be neat and professional at all times. The Food and Beverage Supervisor should be caring, friendly and prepared to listen and respond to the guests' needs and/or inquiries. They must immediately make eye contact with and acknowledge the guests' presence upon arrival while showing the guest respect throughout the conversation.
