Gravity Tech Inc is Hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician Near Twin Falls, ID

Job: Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Twin Falls ID

Duration: 6 Month contract

Job description:

  • Provides maintenance information by using CMMS.
  • An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
  • Use strong PLC trouble shooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude.
  • Read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Maintain production equipment to a reliable level of production through preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair.
  • 2-3 years of Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience preferred
  • Must be computer literate with Microsoft environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work various shifts / overtime / days per week.
  • Military training and or Technical School preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $24.11 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience level:

  • 5 years

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
  • installation: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Mechanical troubleshooting: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Electrical troubleshooting: 5 years (Preferred)
  • PLC trouble: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Twin Falls, ID 83301 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Twin Falls, ID 83301: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
