Payroll Functional Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll

• Payroll strategy and optimization for Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Experience in an M&A operational change environment impacting Oracle Cloud Payroll Processing
• Knowledge of Legal Entity EIN setup
• Setup and optimization of TRU, and PSU design
• Impact of tax setup
• Organizational structure and enterprise changes (LE, BU, PSU) on employment records and elements
• New entity setup and employee record updates
• Environment with multiple work relationships
• Payroll processing on multiple schedules / calendars
• Payroll element setup and changes
• Payroll testing strategy and execution
• Payroll data analysis and functional conversion design
• Payroll data integration strategy and functional design
• Payroll data reporting strategy and functional design

Minimum 60-90 Days

Likely up to 6 months

40 hours per / week potential

Remote anticipated, if any travel, expense will be covered;

Client team primarily Central Time Zone
