```Job Summary```

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing drinks and providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of milk teas/smoothies as well as assisting customers with their orders. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

```Responsibilities```

- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner

- Take customer orders and prepare coffee beverages according to established recipes

- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment

- Provide product recommendations and answer customer questions

- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system

- Maintain inventory of syrups, and other supplies

- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed

- Uphold food safety standards and follow proper sanitation procedures

- Be able to roll ice cream efficiently

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes

- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks

- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers

- Familiarity with the food industry and food handling regulations is a plus
