Job Overview:

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

1. Meet with potential customers in their homes to discuss their needs, preferences, and budget for replacement windows and doors.

2. Showcase the features and benefits of the company's products, explaining how they meet the customer's requirements and address any concerns they may have.

3. Take initial measurements of windows and doors to ensure proper fit and functionality. Evaluate existing installations to identify any potential challenges or additional needs.

4. Guide customers through the customization process, helping them select the right styles, materials, and finishes for their home.

5. Provide estimates, including any additional services or upgrades requested by the customer.

6. Work with customers to finalize details, address any objections or questions, and negotiate terms to reach an agreement.

7. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all specifications are clearly outlined and understood by both parties.

8. Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

9. Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities through networking events, referrals, and other marketing channels to drive sales growth.

10. Continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques to enhance effectiveness and stay competitive in the market.

11. Regularly update and manage company CRM

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM software
