REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL

Gravel & Shea PC seeks an experienced paralegal to join our commercial real estate practice in
Burlington, VT. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of title search and real estate closing experience. Candidates must have the following skills: excellent independent research and analytical skills; willingness to adapt quickly to challenging and stimulating assignments; excellent writing and communication skills; and the ability to meet deadlines. This is a detail oriented position that requires the ability to work with others both inside and outside the firm. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license. Adaptability to technology and advanced experience with Microsoft Office software is also important.
