**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, strong leadership skills, and a desire to contribute to the success and growth of our company.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead a team of landscape technicians in executing landscape trimming, maintenance, and other outdoor tasks to the highest standards.

- Plan and organize daily work schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

- Communicate effectively with team members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure proper care and use of tools and machinery.

- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Drive a truck with a trailer to transport equipment and crew to various job sites.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
