Schedule:
● Remote supervision with one day on-site in the Show Low white mountain area
● Day shift and Clinic based
● Monday to Friday
Position Requirements:
● Authorized to work in the United States
● Master’s degree in any degree approved by the BACB for certification - Masters degree
in psychology or master of education with an emphasis in applied behavior analysis
● BCBA certification required
● LBA or LBA eligible required
● Pass required background checks (SAM’s, APS, CPS, OIG)
● Posses a fingerprint clearance card, or have an application in the process (must obtain one within 30 days of start date to continue employment)
Physical Requirements:
● Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods
● Physical agility to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height
● Strength & stamina to be able to bend, to stoop, to sit on the floor, to climb stairs, to walk, and to reach overhead
● Exhibit manual dexterity to navigate an iPad
● Exhibit manual dexterity to enter data into a computer terminal
● See and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids
● Speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly in normal classrooms, outdoors, and on the telephone

Job Responsibilities:
● Be up to date with medical necessity criteria and requirements
● Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS, BRIEF, Vineland, SSIS, and any other assessments necessary for treatment planning)
● Monitor child’s progress through treatment goals utilizing online data collection
● Make data driven decisions to guide treatment
● Provide feedback to RBTs on implementation of treatment plan
● Provide family treatment guidance as required by medical necessity
● Actively participate in treatment team meetings
● Specifically work with education professionals
● Cover direct sessions as needed
● Provide supervision hours to supervisees in accordance to BACB guidelines
● Carry 200 caseload hours
● Participate in Lexington committees
