Role Overview:

As a BCaBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans, and supervising RBTs in the home, school, and community setting. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated mastery over the BACB Task List 5th Ed items.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and comply with the BACB's Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts.
  • Provide behavioral skills training (modeling, observation, feedback) with RBT staff.
  • Provide RBT supervision (minimum of 5% of RBT hours per month).
  • Perform weekly staff observations and integrity assessments.
  • Create skill acquisition programs (NET-centered).
  • Develop and assign the creation of program stimulus (non-billable task for Lead RBTs).
  • Update client data sheets and skill acquisition program targets.
  • Update client goals on a quarterly basis.
  • Perform parent training sessions.
  • Weekly meetings with the Clinical Director.
  • Provide tele-health support to clinic staff (as needed basis) as assigned.
  • Submit professional clinical documentation daily.
  • Maintain active BACB certification and maintain BCaBA supervision documentation.
