Fundraising experience is not necessary, but you should be passionate about educating members of the public about important civil rights issues.

As an Equality Crew Member, you will:

Pay: Base rate is $18.60/hour for canvassers and $19.60/hour for Field Managers, with bonus pay, pay ranges from $23-$27/hour.
