Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions and classes with clients, focusing on their specific fitness goals and needs
- Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' fitness levels, abilities, and goals
- Provide guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
- Help support the clients' motivation to achieve their fitness goals
- Educate clients on the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal trainer or in a related field is preferred
- Experience working with students or educating others is beneficial
